As a top level executive for international companies, Ms. Mitschein realized the need for a sounding board that she could discuss her ideas with and fine tune them.

As coach and consultant Ms. Mitschein has initiated the Circle of Excellence. A monthly gathering of top level executives moderated by Ms. Mitschein with an agenda to address her clients most critical issues.

Members within the Circle assist colleagues as an advisory board resource, utilizing the combined expertise of the group in a session for idea and information sharing.

Each Circle team has a limited number of members to assure effectiveness. Members are carefully selected to avoid conflicts of interest and to ensure a broad spectrum of knowledge and experience in each Circle.

Members of the Circle of Excellence also get to experience a one-on-one session of the uplifting and motivational coaching of Marita Mitschein on a monthly basis.
